Mr. Francis Nebot has worked for Alcatel-Lucent's International Management for 25 years in Africa, India, Australia, Spain and France as a leader across both wireline and wireless groups. As VP dedicated to emerging markets, Francis worked on several high-profile ALU projects, notably the roll out of Globacom, Nigeria’s Second National Operator (which he led from inception) and the introduction of RIM’s Blackberry services in some developing countries. A former board of director of Rascom Satelitte, Francis has been instrumental in shaping the wireless industry and nurturing solutions that have helped private businesses as well as public entities.
